Jul 29: they’re having a baby- calgary maternity photography

I was so excited when a past client of mine purchased a “belly to baby” package for her brother and his wife. I thought it was such a sweet gift to give someone expecting their first child. Not only did I get to photograph this adorable couple- but I’ll get to meet and capture this little baby boy within the first week of his life. I LOVE babies so I’m pretty excited about that!

I am always so happy when the Dad’s will join in and allow me to capture them in the photographs as well. I think it brings a personal element into each photo and tells the story more completely. John was a super good sport. The poor guy got eaten alive by mosquitoes but he rolled with it and kept on smiling for me :)

    We love the pictures and can’t wait to see more! Jon and I had a wonderful time getting our photos taken. Although the mosquitos were not that friendly that day but Jon and I had a great experience there. I really like the photos of Jon and I sitting in front of the red building.

    We cannot wait for our next baby session!

    Love them Julie – you capture them perfectly and what a beautiful day!!!! I love the yellow flowers too and how weird that there is a tiny rainbow!!

    I love that one too but I think the first one with the rainbow on her pocket is the jackpot! Im excited for my session!
